These terms apply to use of RTechElectricals, product enquiries, BOQ submissions, quotations, manual-payment orders and electrical-service enquiries.

1. Business identity

RTechElectricals is operated under RAMTECH AUTOMATION, a Proprietorship owned by KODANDARAM KALAVANCHI. Registered business address: Ground Floor, Building No. 904, 21st Cross, 16th Main, Judicial Layout, Allalasandra, near Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560065, India

2. Product information and quotations

Website descriptions, reference prices, product families, ranges and availability indicators are for enquiry and product-identification purposes unless a final written quotation or order confirmation states otherwise. Exact model, variant, quantity, price, tax treatment, delivery charge and availability must be confirmed before an order is accepted.

The final quotation or order confirmation will state the total payable amount and separately identify GST, delivery and other compulsory or optional charges, where applicable.

3. Stock and delivery statements

Supplier availability is not the same as physical local stock. Delivery targets are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Order acceptance

An enquiry, cart submission, WhatsApp message or BOQ upload does not by itself create an accepted order. An order is accepted only after final specification, quantity, price, customer details, availability and payment or credit terms are confirmed by authorised staff.

5. Manual payment

Payment instructions are provided privately. An order is treated as paid only after authorised Finance or administrative staff independently verify receipt. Do not rely on payment details not sent through an approved business communication channel.

6. Electrical services

Electrical Installation & Repair – starting at ₹400 is a base labour or visit charge for one small task. Materials, parts, additional points, concealed wiring, new circuits, extended labour, major repairs and project work are charged separately after scope confirmation.

7. Cancellation, return and refund

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the published Return & Cancellation Policy and mandatory rights under applicable law. We do not impose a cancellation charge on a consumer unless a similar charge would apply to us if we cancel unilaterally for the same reason. Only authorised Finance or administrative staff may approve and process refunds.

8. Warranty

Warranty is governed by the applicable manufacturer’s written warranty, the published Warranty Information and mandatory legal rights. No unverified warranty duration is promised.

9. Customer responsibility

You must provide accurate contact, delivery, tax and product-specification information. Electrical products should be selected and installed by suitably qualified persons and used only within their rated application.

10. Grievance redressal

Submit a complaint through the Customer Grievance form. A complaint reference is generated. We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and redress them within one month, subject to the facts, evidence and applicable law.

11. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to courts and authorities having lawful jurisdiction.
