RTechElectricals is an electrical-products, quotation and project-support website operated under the registered trade name RAMTECH AUTOMATION. The legal proprietor is KODANDARAM KALAVANCHI.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, GSTIN where voluntarily provided, PIN/postcode, billing or delivery address, account information, requested products and quantities, project notes, uploaded BOQ files, enquiry references, order records, manual-payment references, refund records, grievance records, IP address, browser/device information, cookies and security or application logs.

2. Why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, identify products and specifications, confirm availability, administer orders and manual payments, coordinate delivery, provide support, handle grievances, maintain accounting and legal records, prevent abuse and secure the website.

3. BOQ and project files

Uploaded BOQ files are used for quotation, product identification and project support. Access is restricted through administrative controls. Do not include personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for the quotation.

4. Payments

Approved manual-payment instructions may be provided privately after the amount is confirmed. Customer screenshots are not treated as proof of payment. Authorised Finance or administrative staff independently verify cleared or received funds. We may retain payment references and verification records for order administration, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and legal compliance.

5. WhatsApp and external services

If you continue to WhatsApp or another external service, information sent through that service is also handled under that provider’s own terms and privacy practices. A prefilled message is not sent until you choose to continue.

6. Cookies and technical data

The website may use cookies and similar technologies needed for login, shopping-cart behaviour, security, performance and site operation. Optional analytics or advertising tools are not described as active unless they are actually enabled and disclosed.

7. Sharing

Information may be shared only where reasonably required with hosting, email, security, delivery, professional or technical service providers, or with competent authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law. We do not sell personal information as a separate business activity.

8. Retention

Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry, order, accounting, tax, dispute, warranty, security or legal purpose. Different records may have different retention periods.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and access-control measures appropriate to the information handled. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Review, correction and privacy requests

To request review or correction of information you supplied, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, contact info@ramtechautomation.com. Requests are handled under the law in force at the relevant time.

Optional website analytics and your choice

With your permission, RTechElectricals uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to its public pages and whether visitors choose contact links. Our analytics tag is not loaded by this plugin until you choose Accept analytics. Choosing Reject analytics does not prevent enquiries, BOQ uploads or orders.

After acceptance, Google receives a browser identifier, selected public-page information and technical data such as browser/device information. We send only the type of contact link clicked, not its phone number, email address or WhatsApp message. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, GSTINs, enquiry/order references, BOQ contents, form entries or search text to Analytics. URL query strings and fragments are excluded by this integration. Google may process information on servers outside India.

Our Google tag disables advertising personalisation and Google Signals. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation consent remain denied. This setup does not enable advertising tags.

Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. When allowed, this integration requests analytics cookies with a maximum lifetime of 180 days and no automatic expiry extension. Google Analytics server-side retention is a separate account setting. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences. Withdrawal stops this integration from sending further analytics and attempts to remove its own analytics cookies from this browser; it does not erase records already received by Google.
