Warranty Information

1. Manufacturer warranty

Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty, the applicable duration, conditions and remedy are those stated by the manufacturer for the exact model and sale. RTechElectricals does not invent or extend an unverified warranty duration.

2. Proof and identification

Warranty support may require the invoice or order record, model or catalogue number, serial or batch details, photographs, installation information and the manufacturer’s inspection or service process.

3. Common exclusions

Manufacturer warranty may exclude incorrect selection or installation, misuse, overloading, operation outside rated voltage or environmental limits, physical damage, unauthorised repair or modification, normal wear and consumables. The exact manufacturer’s written terms control, subject to mandatory law.

4. Removal, installation and transport

Removal, reinstallation, electrician labour, site visits, transport and consequential costs are not included unless the written quotation, service order or manufacturer terms expressly include them.
