Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Service area

Primary service area: Bengaluru. Secondary service area: Karnataka and other serviceable locations in India. Supply outside Bengaluru is subject to product, carrier and destination serviceability.

2. Delivery target

24-48 hours within Bengaluru after the exact product, quantity, availability, delivery address and payment or credit terms are confirmed. This is a target only and begins after the exact product or variant, quantity, availability, address and payment or credit terms are confirmed.

3. Supplier and project items

Products shown as Check Availability, supplier or on-request, configured or project items require confirmation before a delivery date can be committed. Lead time may vary by manufacturer, distributor, quantity and specification.

4. Charges and total price

Delivery, handling, insurance, unloading and special-vehicle charges, where applicable, are stated in the final quotation or order confirmation. Compulsory and optional charges are not assumed to be included unless expressly stated.

5. Address and access

The customer must provide a complete serviceable address, correct PIN/postcode, contact person and reasonable delivery access. Additional cost caused by incorrect details, failed delivery, restricted access or redelivery may be charged only after disclosure and confirmation.

6. Inspection and reporting

Check package count and visible condition at delivery. For faster investigation, report wrong, short, visibly damaged or mismatched items within 24 hours after delivery, with the order or enquiry reference and clear photographs where practical. This operational reporting request does not remove mandatory rights for latent defects or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Delays

Manufacturer shortages, carrier disruption, weather, public restrictions, incorrect customer information and other events outside reasonable control can delay delivery. Where goods are delivered later than an agreed schedule for reasons not amounting to force majeure, applicable consumer rights remain available.
